Airline Tickets
Your airline itinerary was previously sent via email from airweb@trondent.com. If you need a copy of your itinerary, please contact SDI immediately. Prior to traveling, please verify the name on your ticket is an exact match to your identification, including middle names.

The airlines often make schedule changes, so be sure to review your current flight numbers, times and connecting cities. If you make any changes, any additional expenses imposed by the airline will be your responsibility.

Checking Luggage to San Francisco
Please make sure the airport code “SFO” is marked on your baggage claim tags in your originating city prior to proceeding to your gate. It is very important that you have identification on each piece of luggage before you depart.

Please visit your airlines website for up to date luggage information regarding baggage size, carry-on bags and transportation of liquids and medications.

Airport Transfers to Hotel
Transportation from San Francisco International Airport to the Palace Hotel will be provided for arrivals coming in for the Trustmark conference dates only. Please note that passengers may be grouped together with others if arriving on the same airline. Your transportation will be scheduled according to the flight itinerary SDI has booked for you.

If you booked your own flights and have not provided SDI with your itinerary, you will not have ground transportation arranged for you to/from the airport. You can forward your itinerary to TrustmarkProducer@sditravel.com.

When you arrive at San Francisco International Airport, please proceed to the baggage claim. A representative from Global Gateway will be holding a Trustmark logo sign and wearing black pants with a blue jacket. Even if you did not check luggage, you will be met at your respective flight baggage claim area.

If you are handling your own ground transportation, please be sure to notify SDI so that ground arrangements are not made for you. If you are arriving or departing outside of the conference dates, you will be on your own for ground transportation.

Day of Arrival Contact
If your flight information changes, you miss your flight, or you need to reach staff upon arrival at the airport, please call the ground transportation representative at Gateway Global at 650-697-5548 and press 2 for Dispatch. If you are unable to reach someone, please contact Jason Skipchak with SDI at 314-308-4085.

Drivers
If you are driving to the Palace Hotel, directions can be found HERE. If you park at the Palace Hotel, expenses for valet parking will be covered by Trustmark. You may pick-up a voucher at the Trustmark Hospitality Desk. If the hotel parking garage is full, a list of parking lots can be found HERE.

Departures from the Palace Hotel
If you are departing on February 7, detailed departure instructions will be distributed during your stay at the Palace Hotel. Be sure to check out and settle your incidental room account prior to your departure for the airport. The hotel accepts cash and all major credit cards.
